Twyla Arnold

Twyla began her career in the non-profit world before serving for four years as Community Relations Coordinator at St. Clare Medical Center (now Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health--Crawfordsville). She has a BA from Indiana State University in public relations with minors in marketing and journalism. After 15 years enjoying the vocation of motherhood, Twyla re-entered the (part-time) workforce as a customer service representative with the St. Joseph Agency in Carmel before joining the Saint Joseph Retreat & Conference Center as part-time Marketing Specialist in June of 2018.

Twyla has been a member of the St. Maria Goretti pastorate in Westfield since 1999. She and her husband, Kyle, have served as Pre-Cana sponsors since 2004 and currently lead this ministry at SMG. Twyla has volunteered for Shepherd’s Gate Food Pantry at SMG since 2001.

She is the mother of three children, all graduates of St. Maria Goretti Catholic School where she was an active volunteer for many years serving as yearbook editor (2014-2023) and library volunteer (2006-2020), among others.

In addition, she manages the Facebook page of the Hopkins Family Park in Gibson County, Indiana and occasionally serves as a substitute teacher at SMG.

Twyla is an avid crafter (sewing, crocheting, scrapbooking), a fan of the National Parks (visited 40 of the 63 parks), and convert to Catholicism (1997).
