Conference Center

Emmaus (126): 1881 Square Feet, 33' x 57'
Our largest conference room can seat up to 110 people with tables and chairs. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the courtyard. The 1881 square foot room features a small hospitality area with refrigerator, water bottle filling station, counter and cabinets. The room has a small private bathroom.

Technology Features:

• Guest can access the Overhead Projector with Screen by a direct attachment using an HDMI cable. (Guests must provide HDM1 adapter.)
• The sound system provides for both a wireless hand-held microphone that also mounts on the podium and a wireless lavalier microphone and belt pack. The sound system is connected to the projector and provides for audio input from portable audio devices that support either a) dual RCA Input connectors or b) 3.5 mm jack.
• A Polycom Conference Phone may be set up in any conference room.
• Wi-Fi is available in the main building. The Guest network is open and does not require a password for the convenience of our guests.

Holy Family (151): 1026 Square Feet, 19' x 45'
Our second-largest conference room can seat up to 50 people with tables and chairs. This room features modular tables and rolling chairs that can be reconfigured into various style. 

• Technology Features: Guests can access the 70-inch InFocus Flat Panel Monitor (wall-mounted) and connect via wireless access using either Apple or Microsoft devices operating the most current (supported) Apple or Microsoft operating systems. (Requires USB fob from SJRCC staff.)

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (118): 520 Square Feet, 13' x 40'
This narrow room is banked with windows and can seat up to 25 with tables and chairs. This room features modular tables and rolling chairs that can be reconfigured into various style.

(125): 312 Square Feet, 13' x 24'
This room is set up as a board of directors meeting space with modular tables arranged as one large table and featuring rolling chairs. The tables and chairs can be reconfigured into a classroom style.

St. Clare (117): 208 Square Feet, 13' x 16'
This room, and it's match the St. Philip Neri Breakout Room, are sized for small groups up to 20. This room features modular tables that can be reconfigured into various style.

St. Philip Neri (119): 208 Square Feet, 13' x 16'
This room, and it's match the St. Clare Breakout Room, are sized for small groups up to 20. This room features modular tables that can be reconfigured into various style.

St. Benedict Dining Hall (155), 4225 Square Feet, 65’ x 65’
Our Dining Hall accommodates 160 guests and can be divided into two dining rooms if needed.

Our kitchen is managed by Keltie Sullivan of Keltie & Co. Catering.

St. Bernard (161): 520 Square Feet, 13' x 40'
This formal dining room with wood paneling and a decorative ceiling is ideal for  small group meals up to 25.

Gathering Spots
Within the Saint Joseph Retreat & Conference Center visitors will find several gathering spaces ideal for small meetings, quiet reading, meditation or prayer.

On the first floor are the Bethany Parlor (103) and St. Teresa of Avila Room (108). Also on the first level, the St. Jerome Library (112) features shelves of religious books, table workspace and the documented history of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

You'll find religious items and books for sale in The Carpenter’s Shop (106).

Our main building encircles the Immaculate Heart of Mary Courtyard and features a covered portico with outdoor tables and chairs.
